Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer flat rate shipping to the United States.
We offer free shipping on orders $149 or more.
Please note that once your order has been dispatched, H.A.E.L will not accept responsibility for the loss of or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted H.A.E.L is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. Regarding this, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent. Refunds or resend orders will not be given in these circumstances.
Typically, orders will ship out within 5-20 business days after ordering, please bear in mind these shipping times are estimates.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. International orders will generally ship out within 5-30 business days.
Flat rate shipping is offered to every region, but that flat rate will be a different amount depending on the region.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. H.A.E.L is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes.
Returns, and exchanges
We do not offer cash refunds at this time. Mugs and hats are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. But in the event of an exchange for a clothing item please contact us first at info@haelalways.com. There is a 30 day return policy. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
